My printer is all wireless with a lap top..Everything says thats the printer is conected to a network..But when you print a document and the box comes up telling you what is printing the top says offline?! Thats where it tells you what printer is being used then it says offline..When I go to printers it says it is online and connected?! What do I do? All prints are in que or pending

Your quest is confusing.You need to install the printer in all your laptops in order to do a print job.If you want to scan a job from each laps all need to be with the printer wireless configuration.

reinstall printer with drivers. That should do the problem

Right click on printer and take its properties, and click on advance tab. from there you will see options. spool print documents, kindly select print directly to printer.

What is the Operating system on the laptop ?
If it is XP then in the bottom right hand corner you will find Wireless network connection ( looks like 1 computer monitor). Use that icon to connect to the wireless network.
If it is windows Vista, then in the bottom right hand corner you will find 2 computer monitor icon. Use that icon to connect to the wireless network.
If it is Windows 98/ME/2000 then use the adapter utility to connect to the wireless network.
For MAC you will see the AIRPORT icon at the top.

Check the wireless settings of the router first . Make sure that yopu have all the wireless settings of the router. If you are not sure about the settings, then open the router set up and check the settings.

Are you able to print from any other computer in the network ?
If you are able to print from any other computer that means your print server is set up properly.
On your laptop you will need to add port for the printer.
make sure that the printer drivers are installed.

when you look at the icon of the printer does it have a check mark on it or in the upper right hand corner of the icon? you can also make sure its the default printer by right clicking the icon and selecting "default printer" then try doing another print test.

Did you install the driver in your laptop? is it connected via USB or wireless? check printers and faxes under control panel and try canceling the documents in your printers queue if theres any, right click and cancel document and try reprinting.

The main problem here is that the printer is not a wireless printer.
