Assuming you are talking about a Windows phone, there are setting for preferences of font sizes on notifications. But I don't remember whether is is under the "settings" category, or if there is a category called preferences.
your simcard was not properly detective by your phone. try to remove it and clean its surface then reinsert. if in case same problem. try to used another simcard.

1.go to file manager and backup phone on memory card and remove it 2.go to settings<phone managment<factory settings 3.enter password and reset the phone 4.after resetting insert memory card and restore
