Clothes don't spin dry enough

you mean to say the clothes are tangled with each other tightly right?

In the permanent press cycle only the spin cycle isn't spinning enough. Clothes are extremely wet must run another spin to get out the water.

Thts right....the permanent press cycle my only spin at 600rpm because the clothes would be creased otherwise. Hence the PP cycle.
Some machines lock the PP cycle to low spin RPM. Some allow you to over ride this setting. Check your machine and have a play with the controls. Some PP clothing should even be drip dry to retain the premanent press in the garment. If you want PP then low spin is needed. fast spin will not be a PP cycle...

Thor laundry system won't dry clothes I have a thor no venting washer/dryer combo machine, that has been working fine for years. Suddenly it is not drying clothes and instead, clothes are soaking wet...

I am having the same problem on a WD9900A. The wash cycle works great. Spins fast and clothes are completely rung out. Dryer cycle heats up well. Fluffs and heats cloths. At some point during dry cycle water is injected on clothes and they end up sopping wet; much wetter than after wash. Filter is clear. Outlet pipe clear and functions well. Possible problem with dryer timer? Or washer timing kicking back on?

Spinning fast and furious, just doesn't wring clothes dry

It sounds like you need a water pump!
See if it's pumping water next time you do load by looking at the discharge hose going to the drainage pipe and get back to me!

Cloths Soaked after Spin Cycle

If the motor has a transmission, it could be stuck in 1st gear. I think the agitator running is normal.

If it goes through the complete cycle o.k. except for the slow spin then the motor itself needs to be checked.

Kenmore front load wet clothes

Before going further it is important to determine if the machine is reaching full spin. Make sure the unit is set to MAX extract and watch the inner tub. The tub should be spin really fast (1000 rpm's or better) during the final spin. If not you have lost one of the phases on the motor.

Broken washer/dryer

This sounds like a motor control board is faulty. Please load a couple of towels in the machine run it. Watch the machine as it goes through its' cycles.

1. Do the towels tumble when the machine is washing ?
2. When it begins to spin, does it spin one way at a fast pace or does it spin one way and then the other ?

Answering these two questions will help in troubleshooting your problem.
