I am having the same problem on a WD9900A. The wash cycle works great. Spins fast and clothes are completely rung out. Dryer cycle heats up well. Fluffs and heats cloths. At some point during dry cycle water is injected on clothes and they end up sopping wet; much wetter than after wash. Filter is clear. Outlet pipe clear and functions well. Possible problem with dryer timer? Or washer timing kicking back on?

If the pump is clogged and can't release all the water it won't go into final high spin. Remove lower cover and locate coin catch and unscrew it. Water will come out, so be ready. If it's full of stuff, this is probably the problem.

emptying/cleaning the filter seems to solve this problem - but be prepared for A LOT of water. More than just a shallow pan full. If you have drawer bases under your washer - it would be wise to empty the stuff out of the bases and just use the drawer itself to catch all the water you will unleash. And, you'll probably find enough coins in the filter to buy a new box of laundry detergent!

Harm, remove the lower panel and you will see the filter right in front. Unscrew the filter strainer and clean all the lint and debris. This machine has a pressure switch that won't allow a high spin if it detects water in the tub. Therefore you get these pauses and slow tumlbe. Try this and see if it's normal after cleaning the filter...Catriver...post back

Check your exit hose spigot, it may be clogged. This is if your filter is all clean. There should be air for passage in the standpipe behind. Your hose should not fit airtight into the standpipe and neither too deep into it. Snaking out your standpipe would be good too.
Rate me pl.....if helped.
