It may have dying power supply due to bad caps.
If you are going to DIY and already try the monitor with another PC, and have proper tools and know safety precaution then please read on:
Most common failures in the LCD monitors are bad capacitors (bulging top/seal or leaking) in the power supply (they should be replaced in a set), blown fuses; poor solder joints, failed inverter circuits (blown fuse, shorted transistors, shorted/open transformers), bad lamps (poor solder connections or worn out lamps). You will need to open it up and inspect the inside, see example of failed LG monitors to get some ideas what to look for: http://s807.photobucket.com/albums/yy352/budm/
Post back what you see inside so we can guide you further and it will help out other people in the future also.

Why does screen go black after call?

You need to disable the proximity sensor. The use of the proximity sensor is to detect if the phone is up to your ear during a call, to turn the screen off. However if there is debris on the sensor or even a screen protector over it, it constantly thinks it is up to your ear, hence blacking out the second you make a phone call.

You can go into settings and call settings to disable the proximity sensor.

Black screen with constant beep.

Unless you oddly have a key stuck on your keyboard (which will make this sound), the constant beep usually indicates that the CPU fan has failed and the CPU is overheating.. check that it is working ok and if this is not the case, please repost.

Hey i have an ACER ASPIRE 7720G T5250/160GB/2 GB/NVIDIA/ WIN7 SHOT DOWN SOMETIMES 1 / week SCREEN BLACK RAM PROBLEM ?

by screen black, do you mean constantly black or does it turn on then back off...
If its just constantly dark when you have power and you know its switched on, get a torch and shine it onto the screen... if you look really close you might be able to see your desktop if you can then it tends to mean your backlight inside of your screen has blown. you can buy the replacement part from acer or send it of to be repaired.
Fixing that problem isnt easy.

Monitor goes black

Sorry to have to tell you this, but this is common in LCD monitors. The reason that it is going black when it boots is for one of two reasons. You either have a bad power supply that powers your LCD or your LCD's backlight is blown. These can be repaired or you can purchase a new one. But if it goes black 9 times out of 10 is because the backlight is bad. These can be repaired!

Black out

Connect it to another PC, if you get the same result, the problem is the backlight, they go all of the time. I am constantly repairing these things in stores.
