Unlock cursor/mouse i seem to have locked mt laptop cursor/mouse by mistake and unfortunatly lost my user guide. do you know how i can unlock my cursor/mouse? please help!! thanx, -yasmin

    wen i use my mouse on the lap top it works to move the arrow ,but wen i click on to something nothing happens ,so i ave to use the button underneath ,some how it seems locked

    All of a sudden, my wireless mouse does not work. I have changed the batteries. Also, when I hook my printer up, it says it can not print unless a printer is installed, which it is. This is all after my computer locked up, the battery was taken out for 60 sec and then replaced. My computer is fine but now these things don't work. Help

Press and hold Fn+F9 5 3sec...should do the trick

    omg thanks for posting what to do lol i have had no mouse but a old roller ball usb mouse for the last few weeks. lol now i know what to do to fix it

Grab a usb mouse from someone and use that to unlock via the control panel.

I accidentally locked my cursor. I'm in Word. I leaned (unwittingly) on my built-in mousepad, the little light in the NW corner of the "mousepad" went on, and locked the cursor. How do I unlock it?
Whats the model of your laptop, it may have a button combination to unlock the mouse, or even a single button that locks / unlocks it.

You could always plug an external USB mouse into it in the meantime.

Unlock toshiba laptop
Some toshiba laptops have trouble with the touchpad locking up. I have tried using a wireless mouse and it has helped whenever the touchpad locks up. to unlock (I'm assuming you mean log in) you can click space instead of using the mouse.

My wireless mouse - cursor refuses to follow sometimes!
Try cleaning the lazer on bottom with a q tip with some rubbing alcohol on it. Check to make sure the reciever for the mouse isn't too close to any wireless router,phone,or microwave. In the control panel there are mouse settings you can play with too to see if that makes a difference. Re-install any software for the mouse.

How to unlock the Sony Vaio Laptop KEYBOARD
