SOURCE: CALLER ID NOT WORKING
Caller Id is sent between the first and the second ring. If you are waiting this long and don't see it you can try another phone to make sure that your vendor is really sending the ID. If they are sending can you tell me what phone make and model you are using.

you have to go on phone settings or call settings and it has an option for caller id on or off

Log into your TalkSwitch Management Software.
Go to Telephone Lines.
Under each incoming line make sure that Caller ID is checked.
Click File> Save
