Lost my ps3 remote bought new sony blu-ray remote it says from xmbmenu to select setting i can.t
Open IE browser or whatever you use and type in the URL "192.168.1.1" this should access your router and show a user name and password screen enter "admin" for both. look in your wireless settings and you should see the password for your wireless connections, you can change this to a password you want or set whatever security you want for wireless. If this fails pressing the tiny button hidden on the back of the router (you need a pen or similar to press it) will reset it to the factory settings and if you have a label on it it should tell you your SSID and password for the wireless setup. All information is available on the Linksys website. (google).
Good day,
You can use your Wireless Connection by enabling it in your router.
You can access your Linksys router by logging in to its webpage. Look at your routers manual for its default configuration in accessing your router. Most router use http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.0.1
Username:
Password:
Should appear in your browser refer to your manuals deafault Username and Password most Linksys routers use:
username:admin
password:admin
you can enable your wireless connections in wireless settings page and don't forget to put password for your wifi for security, you can use WEP, WPA etc. so that no one can steal your internet through your wireless connection.
3. From the center screen, select your encryption type from under the Security Options heading.
Unfortunately, there is no way to recover a lost or forgotten password from a router or access point; you will need to reset the device to factory defaults. However, once the device is reset to factory defaults, you can use the default username ("admin") and password (either "password" or "1234" depending on your router) to reconfigure your router settings.
NOTE: Restoring factory defaults on a device will erase any customizations you have made. You will lose any configurations saved to the device!
