Replace bulb how do i get at the bulb to replace it thanks

Unplug power first. You need to remve the screwa that hold the bulb cover, access the bulb and replace it, I will wee if I can find a diagram.

Many times when the inside light fails to operate...it could be:

(1) A bad bulb ...replace with a known good one.
(2) Bad connection of the light bulb in its socket.
(Remove the bulb and spray the socket with WD-40 Spray Lubricant) then...
(3) Replace the bulb with a known good bulb..use a dry rag to securely tighten the bulb in its socket.
(4) The "Door Switch" could be bad. Replace bad "Door Switch" with new one.

If you are looking at the back of the TV look on the left hand side to see if there is a access panel on that side of the TV - open it up and you will see the light bulb housing - take it out and look to determine whether you think you can replace the bulb by yourself or if you need assistance - I will say this most of the LGs are not soldered on they are put on using a small nut and they are easy to replace - 1 note is to order just the bubl if you think you can replace it yourself but DO NOT remove the bad bulb from housing until you get the new bulb so you can see how to hook up the new bulb :-) plus it usually takes about a week to get the new bulb in and sometimes people tend to forget how things were taken apart :-) Good Luck you will save money if you order only the bulb!

If you have to replace one, they are very difficult to pull out and replace. You must do a convergence on the color of the tube you replace. You will be replacing a picture tube not a bulb. You may need to replace the fluid in the one tube. Or you may have a convergence problem. You need a TV tech to reveal that the problem is not a bad picture tube....which is rare in your case! yuo dont need headlight. the bulb is removable from inside under the hood.. just pull the connector off and remove the plastic hold down. you should be able to pull the bulb out.i hope it was helpfull. thanks

Yes, you can replace just the bulb. Remove the light assembly and you can get to the bulbs on the back side.

The instructions should have come with the bulb. Ask the seller for the instruction
