How do i find all the drivers for an hp pavilion a6700y to xp ?

Make sure that the connections are tight. and plugged into wall.
If this wont turn it on monitor may be bad. try different cable and/or monitor.

change the video card or check the cable.

you have to change the gfx setting in the bios from onboard to pci.
push delete button when the pc starts intil your are in the bios.
there you find the section with internal elements and find gfx or grafik. change it to pci

A 32x computer never use moore then 4 GB (memory) RAM,read the specifications.

Did not see drivers on HP page, but if you have the original hard drive you can create a recovery disk. It should contain the drivers. They may even be on the recovery partition, if you can access.

Usually with HP all you have to do is tap F10 when you get the logo screen during power up and it should start the recovery procedure for you. Just watch the logo screen and it will tell you what key to hit to start the recovery.

HP, in recent years, created a separate, protected partition that housed the original image of your hard drive at the factory.They do not provide recovery discs when you purchase the machine any more. You would need to contact hp and order the CD kit. There will be a small charge for them.

Hp website doesn't have drivers for XP (that's wierd)... you may just have to look up each device individually.
