I have research these converters/adapters before that can convert from the DVI port on the video card to an HDMI source. They are very exspensive for the type that truely work, and the cheap ones provide terrible graphics. Your best bet, is to research both the adapter and a replacement video card for your PC that will have the HDMI and VGA outputs you seek.
I have provided links to both below, from a site call newegg.com
Yes you can find these adapters for $5-$10 bucks on ebay, or $10-$20 retail. Im currently running my server with a DVI to VGA connector.***Beware of the dvi or hdmi to vga cables, those are fake.*** It needs to be a little adapter or a converter box.
Your graphics card should have came with an adapter of some sort to use the VGA connection. If it, go to http://www.newegg.com to hunt down an adapter.
If your screen has a VGA, DVI, or HDMI port, most of the new graphics cards will be compatible with your screen. Most graphics cards come standard with DVI ports and include a vga adapter for the screen cable. Some of the new graphics cards come with HDMI and DVI ports or a HDMI converter if you want to use HDMI.
I would recommend a Nvidia graphics card. Depending on what your primary use is going to be they have an extensive range to cater for your requirements and price range.
So the problem there is your VGA adapter. Try installing a Graphics card in your motherboard. Check the type of graphics card slot whether it is a VGA or PCI Express slot. Hope this helps.
