Thats a deflection issue. The deflection circuits will need to be checked on that madel as thats the HD DPTV chassis. It may be cheaper just to get another LSB ? deflection circuit board to put in it. You can get one at the following link which they have one for about half of what they normally go for and they include free shipping. Heres the link.

Can hear sound but cannot see picture

Hi, if your LCD projector turns on and projects light with sound but not the picture on your computer screen, first make sure the projector is plugged into your computer. If it is, check your computer display settings. Go to "Control Panel" and "Settings" or "Windows Setup." Select "Display." Make sure it's set to appear on your laptop screen and the the projector screen. Most laptops have a "Fn" key dedicated to changing the output display setting.

If your projector turns on but emits no light or picture, replace the projector's bulb, often called the lamp. Most have a life of between 2,000 and 6,000 hours. Your projector may warn you when the lamp life is about to expire, although some models simply stop working when the lamp needs replacing.

Thank you.

Mitsubishi HC 5500. While playuing the picture disappears. No picture only sound, also status and power lights start blinking red and green

Red and Green bliking with no picture means a service problem. But you might try cleaning the filters first and being sure that nothing is blocking air flow through the projector. Red status solid means replace the lamp, but that doesn't seem to be the indication.

SHARP NOTEVISION XG-C50X LCD PROJECTOR: Does this work for laptop presentations as well as DVD projections

Hi there, Sharp makes light and compact projectors with low fan noise. Set the projector up in areas subject to minimal humidity and dust to avoid having to clean the lens too often. Remember that colors will get washed out if the screen is in direct sunlight. Learn a few troubleshooting techniques to get the most out of this work horse projector.

No Pictures, Sound or the Projector Fails to Start
  • If you have no pictures, sound or the projector fails to start, check that the power cord is plugged into the wall and that all the cables are connected to the rear panel. Make sure the remote control batteries are fresh. If you are using a notebook computer, make sure the screen output is correct. Check the Input Mode on the projector. Check the projector physically--is the lamp and cover in place? Check the key lock.

NO picture or sound.  The red power light goes on and the green lights inside of tv are on. but nothing is working on the screen

You have a problem with the high voltage section that drive the projectors. Look in the back to see if the three projectors are lit. Then we go from there.
