More than likely the grill element has failed, and this could account for the oven not getting hot enough, as on some makes, the grill element is on at the same time as the oven element, so if the element has failed, then it will not be hot enough.
My advice would be fit a new grill element, and this hopefully will solve the problem of the oven not being hot enough.

Thankyou.
If it is an electric fan assisted oven, and the fan is working o/k, \then you need to fit a new oven element., usually located at rear of oven compartment.
Please rate my solution.
Thanks.
Normally oven gets hot but just lukewarm externally(front and sides). Compare it when it was still new. If it is hotter than it was, then the insulation inside have deteriorated thru time. Have it check for possible insulation replacement Hope this will solve your problem. Don't forget to vote for me. Thanks.
Open the oven door and take the bottom panel off. you will be able to see it the hot surface ignitor starts to glow or not. Now turn the oven on and see if the hot surface gets red hot it not that is the problem. Should be able to get the part at a heating and air parts house or a appliance parts house. let me know what you find out. ken
Your problem is with the oven igniter. You have the stove MODEL# so you should have no problem finding the part you need.Shop around to get your best price. Good Luck Friend.
