I would replace the power supply as they are not too expensive.
New M/board, should be OK. Have you checked the RAM for errors and installed the latest BIOS firmware?
Is the main board used? You can verify the dc outputs of the power supply before and after the problem occurs to get some ideas if is si main board or power supply module.

The power supply board is could be any component parts on it to be to have a mal functions,could be functions find,than just give u a slice of dip in voltage or current this will happen to the tv.U have to have a scope and great troubleshoot skills,to pin point it to the specific part or parts are the problems.It is impossible for a amature,a hobbiest to do to troubletshoot to a specific components slicely dips in voltages or current.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.
