I have a Samsung PN51D530A3F XZA. During a lighting storm a strike hit very near and the tv stopped working. The red Power light just flickered but nothing else happened. I have replaced the power supply board in the unit and still will not turn on. The red power light blinks on and off and there is a clicking from the power supply relay. When I plug in the cable or a HDMI into the tv the clicking stops and the power lights blinks very fast but the tv still doesn't turn on. When I disconnect the cable from the power supply to the main board where all the connectors are the clicking stops. There is a green LED light on the Logic board that blinks with the front power light. Should I replace the main board with the cable/HDMI/RBG connectors next or try something else. John

10 blinks error code is definitely due to a malfunctioning A-board. Since you have already replaced it, the only possibilities are
1)Either you have obtained a malfunctioning replacement OR
2)You did not get the correct revision version. Not that the same model number of the tv can use different sets of parts. That is why it is always recommended to order by part number. I have had a customer recently who had a similar problem and it turned out to be incorrect version of the replacement board. So check the part number of the replacement and the original . Also compare the revision versions of both and see if everything matches. Please let me know what you found.
Check the capacitors and replace the power components. It is an easy fix if handy with soldering electronics. Tv Repairman may charge less than $100.00 bucks to fix it !
Good luck

You may want to shop for that board or at least consider removal of the HDMI socket in question---tested for shorts there I presume?
