I want to use Picture Package for Video Camera Recorder DCR-HC19E on my new Windows 7.0 Workstation. I cannot start the program and it seems that Windows 7.0 drivers are missing.
I need help and support. Can you advice me how to continue?

I had changed my computer with new one but the problem the new computer software is windows vista my old verson system was windows xp how can i get activate my handicam connected to my system
You need "Picture Package" software supplied with Sony camera to transfer video files in to PC. If you have software CD, please install it and connect your camrea with USB port.
If you dont have CD, check following Sony official weblink to download USB Driver, though it will not give you proper control on file transfer procedure yet it do help you to connect camera with PC.
