Frozen keypad hi can u help me with a cell phone problem??

Hi, your phone did not really seize, it is the keypad and it is connected to the screen of the phone and it's makes the screen display.

It is faulty and it needs to be replaced. it also controls the keypad operation.

When you change it, it will work out fine.

Friend, Check the flex connection from the keypad interface then clean the board or the doom with pencil eraser

About the only thing you can do is to remove the battery. If you have tried this and it is still frozen when you turn it on again there is unfortunately nothing else that can be done.

Hi, You don't need 2 flash your razr for this problem. What u need is a screen flex cable. The three buttons around the screen are controlled by a flex cable and the voice recorder is connected on this flex cable.This needs replacing but it's very tricky to deal with. I suggest a really good tech that deals with razr's to handle this problem to possibly replace the flex cable. This would solve yor frozen keypad problem. SAM !
