I have the same problem as some others on this site. No trauma or abuse to phone, but suddenly frozen and only occasional action from the keypad, but not reproducible, and always the wrong action, followed by error message "voice record memory full". Will answer a call if closed, but unable to answer a call if open when it comes in. Someone suggested a flash file solution but no instructions. Would really appreciate more info. Thanks.
Hi, You don't need 2 flash your razr for this problem. What u need is a screen flex cable. The three buttons around the screen are controlled by a flex cable and the voice recorder is connected on this flex cable.This needs replacing but it's very tricky to deal with. I suggest a really good tech that deals with razr's to handle this problem to possibly replace the flex cable. This would solve yor frozen keypad problem. SAM !
