My samsung reclaim cell phone was frozen so i tried to turn it off then when i tried to turn it back on it would start to but then just shut off. The light on the keypad works but the main screen wont.

type in *2767*3855# this will reste your fone and will fix this.....enjoy...

Try replacing the battery- it sounds as if the battery has completely shorted out. If that does not work the issue is w/ the phone's charging system

Sounds like the motherboard is damaged. Take it to Samsung's technical support team, they'll be able to fix this for you.

My phone started doing the same thing. I returned it to the store and the clerk actually tried to accuse me of dropping the phone.It has been two weeks in the shop --not sure yet what the problem was. (my phone is 8 months old)

may be a software it u need to for flashing

I just sent my 8 month old phone back to Samsung for the same issue !

Replace phone battery. If problem still persist then take your phone to a repair center.

try taking out the battery for five minutes
