I need to purchase power cord. I need to know the input voltage and wattage requirements of my appliance.

Multiply your volts by amps to get approximate watts. Example: your fridge is 120volt. 5 amp. 5x120=600. 600 watts is the
Number. Good luck.

Where can I buy replacement parts for my Hamilton Beach 7qt. slow cooker?

It's easy to buy replacement parts online for your slow cooker. See this link for the Hamilton Beach site where you can order parts if you don't want to buy online, try an internet search with your city and the name of the product you need parts for.

I have inherited a west bend slow cooker model 84624 and dont have a manuel for it. I am concerned with the 300 watt is this normal? Or is that very low? I dont know how long to cook in this or amounts...

  • 1 Use setting 1 (warm #1) only to warm rolls and muffins. At 140 degrees Fahrenheit, this setting should not be used for cooking.
  • 2 Use setting 2 (warm #2) to keep cooked foods warm until they're ready to be served.
  • 3 Use settings 3, 4 and 5 (low, medium high) for cooking. The setting you choose determines the length of time the food will cook. A typical meal with meat and vegetables needs 7 to 10 hours to cook at the low or #3 setting, 4 to 6 hours at the medium or #4 setting, and 2 to 3 hours at the high or #5 setting.

  • All West Bend slow cooker models eventually simmer at the boiling point, or 212 degrees. The setting simply determines how quickly the cooker will reach that temperature.

300 watt is not a huge consumption of electricity, depending of course on, how often, how long and how high temperature.

What is the temperature of low setting and high setting where can I get an instructions for Model KC271B

The manual is available here: . The high and low settings are more like those of a microwave rather than a direct temperature setting. On high, the slow cooker uses full power (35 watts). On low it uses 1/2 power.

    I hope this helps.

(In one place it says 34 watts. In another it's 340 watts.)

I have a goldstar microwave model ma-1301 rv Whats the smallest generator that can run this safely?

A 1,500 watt generator will run this microwave. Do not get anything any smaller. The microwave will more than likely pull at least 900 watts but you need some reserve. A 1,000 watt generator might be able to supply enough power but to be safe and sure, get a 1,500 watt. Look on the microwave and see exactly what the power output is and make sure you get a generator with some reserve. If you find this is a 700 watt microwave then a 1,000 watt generator will be fine but later on you may want a larger microwave.

We are having difficulty timing our slow cooker recipes in the KC271LC .

The manual doesn't say what the levels are, but the cover says the AC power rating is 340 watts. Most of that would be going to the heater, and low temp should be about half that. If you need a copy of the manual, here's the download link:
