How can I repair a leak from underneath the coin trap of my Dyson Washing Machine?

Hi there, it's Jack at Dyson.

I can recommend a couple of checks that should help. Firstly, it's important to make sure the coin trap window is correctly rotated into position (one and a half turns clockwise) ensuring the childproof tab clicks into place. Check the plug is also pushed fully back into place: http://www.dyson.co.uk/support/cr01/cro1-flowcheck-white/maintaining-your-dyson-machine/check-the-coin-trap-step-1

It's also a good idea to check the seal within the coin trap is correctly in position, and hasn't been damaged in any way.

Unfortunately if the coin trap or surrounding components have been damaged, we've been unable to provide spares or servicing for CR01 or CR02 washing machines since December 2012. If you'd like to discuss this with the Dyson UK Customer Helpline, you're welcome to call us on 0800 298 0298.

Dyson cr01 fault F4

Hi Sue, it's Jack at Dyson.

An F4 fault code means 'inner door opening'. Unfortunately since 31st December 2012, we have been unable to support CR01 and CR02 washing machines with spare parts or servicing. In October 2012 proactively wrote to all CR01 and CR02 owners that we'd interacted with within the last 3 years to make them aware of this.

If you would like to discuss your concerns further with one of our experts, you can reach us on 0800 298 0298. Calls are free from UK landlines, and we're available from 8am-8pm from Monday to Friday, and 8am-6pm on weekends.

Dyson cr01 f11 fault ?

you will need to replace the fuse as this protects the bridge rectifier and triac from overload
make sure you obtain a time delay fuse as a fast blow will fail almost instantly
the fuse is a 10 amp time delay type

Dyson cro1 fault f11 came up after interupted power suply

normally error like this disappear when a hard reset is performed? did you leave the unit turned off by plugging out from wall power for one night ??

The F11 fault is a fuse blown on the circuit board.
Apparently this fuse failing can blow the board so you may have to change the board if needed. The board is located at the back of the machine so you need to take the back off, unplug the board, change the fuse which you can buy at Maplins and put the board back.
If it works fine, if not then you need a new board. Hope this helps you.
First make sure machine is turned off.
Second press & hold temperature button .
Thirdly press the on button & hold at the same time as the temperature button.
Fourthly release the 2 buttons at the same time .
Fifthly press the soil button .
Sixly turn machine off then back on & F11 message saying fault F11 must disappear.

if not try this process once again. if the error is not cleared then you will have to do as i have said you earlier.
