I can confirm that an F15 fault means 'Gearchange failure (too slow)'.

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
'F13' for a Dyson (CR01) stands for 'heating error. There is likely to be a problem with either the heater element or the temperature sensor. Both require a service engineer's attention I suggest ;-0(
