hello. i can assist you. when a washer won't agitate, one of several expensive repairs are in order. If your washer is more than 5 years old I recommend replacing as opposed to repairing. That said if you want more information on what might be wrong get back.
its the drainage problem .so either the drainer is getting blocked or the drainer is cracked and got faulty so needs to be replaced.
This often is a drain hose that is too low or a drain hose that has been pushed too far down inside the stand pipe....the water is actually siphoning out of the washer. Do not "seal" the drain hose to the house plumbing pipe, this will also allow the water to be siphoned out.
the door lock light flashing indicates that the door has not locked or not shut correctly,is the appliance is under 5 yrs old open the door and check the door catch, there are two gaps either side of the catch,if you look into the gaps you should see a metal pin,if the one at the bottom is not there then thats why the door wont catch, there are some screws around the door frame if you take them out and just pry apart the door frame by the catch you will see the pin at the top, push it down till you see it at the bottom gap, refit and test.
Hey try this, open the doo rand oil the door lock mechanism. next turn the machine on and push start/pause button. repeat ,repeat, repeat. if it does not release open round acees door at the bottom of the washer, there should be a manual unloccking pull inside pulldown to unlock(very thin strip of plastic. repeat process. also make sure rubber gasket around tub is secure and flush around washer openig.
does the washer have paddles on the inside of the drum if it doesnt then try putting alittle less clothing if there is too much clothing then the items tenned to get pushed together and tangle themselves up which means together they are to heavy to spin
