No it does not. What exactly is the problem you are having?

Check the motor bearings/bushes. There seems to be excessive wear or a collapsed ball race there. To do this you need to remove the motor which is accessible from behind the back cover plate. Do not run this motor any more, serious damage will result and will mean the replacement of the motor itself - you might have caught it just in time.

check the drain pump motor. if partially blocked it will restrict the outlet. Open the thumbwheel and remove the lint. Chech the 2 pipes for any blockages

the filter at the bottom rhs facing is blocked or the pump impeller has something jamming it or tangled around it

initially unplug the device for 10 minutes from main outlet and then plug back in and then check wether it works.

No power
Lid switch

No power Check to see whether power is getting to the washing machine. Is it plugged in? Has a fuse blown or is a circuit breaker tripped?


Lid switch If the lid switch is defective, your washer can't spin and may not function at all. The switch is inside the washing machine main housing near the door frame. Often you have to raise or open the top or front of the washer to get to the switch. If it's defective, you need to replace it.

Some machines have a special lid-switch fuse near the lid switch, inside the control panel. If this fuse blows, the unit won't fill with water until you replace the fuse.

Hello Aung, I appreciate your post! Based off what you have described your Electrolux washer is displaying an error code of "DR". The "DR" code means that the door is not closed or the door latch is not recognizing the door is closed. This could be an issue with your door latch or control panel. You should perform a reset on your washer and you can do that by disconnecting the power cord for at least ten minutes.
