Memory stick proo duo corrupted (by 2 users)

i have memory stick pro duo 4GB wich i was using it for sony psp
. now suddenly i cant format my memory stick .. it says default cluster is in use .. it asks to format with 64 k .. when i contine it .. it gives error like format failed due to bad blocks .. how to repair it ..can u help me ..
