Hello,
If water is coming out of the hose and not the spray tips,
try taking of the handle ,
put a small thin shim on the bottom of the plunger at the bottom of the
handle ,this will make the plunger make full contact with the valve. Also, make sure the bottom tank seals and solution bottle seals these are
small red round seals are still attached to the bottom of the tank and
bottle.
Make sure the brush is still spinning round,
see if water is being dispensed from tho hose.
make sure the handle plunger which is at the bottom of the handle is meeting the valve.
