Hello,

If water is coming out of the hose and not the spray tips,
try taking of the handle ,
put a small thin shim on the bottom of the plunger at the bottom of the handle ,this will make the plunger make full contact with the valve. Also,
make sure the bottom tank seals and solution bottle seals these are small red round seals are still attached to the bottom of the tank and bottle.
Make sure the brush is still spinning round,
see if water is being dispensed from tho hose.
make sure the handle plunger which is at the bottom of the handle is meeting the valve.

Take care.

Does water squirt out of the hose nozzle, if it does, then check the
heater inside the handle asm. Make sure that where the tubes hook up
to it are not clogged. If water doesn't squirt, check for the seal at
the bottom of the tank, it needs to be on the tank, not in the hole.
The flow indictor cap is leaking air or maybe is too tight. If you had
the top cover off, make sure that the tubes are routed right so as not
to get pinched when the cover is put back on, the smart mix knob should
be in the water setting and that the piston is on the bottom of the
smart mix know. Pump is bad.
