Hi,
when you call someone and they can't hear you,it means that the mouth piece which is located at the bottom of the phone and allows people to hear is faulty and will need to be replaced.
When you replace the mouth piece, people can now hear you.
Take care.

Hello, it seems to me that your earpiece is broken. I would insist that you go to a service center and have the earpiece installed. If that is not an option, you can get the part and do it your self. I can walk you through it step by step. Earpiece should be around ten dollars. Its not to hard to fix, but you can do it yourself. For more info go to my profile, ill be more than happy to help you out.

There are a couple of causes:- 1, Faulty Earpiece speaker, change the earpiece... 2, Faulty Ribbon/Flex, it connects the phones main PCB to the screen, the top keypad the front camera and the earpiece, a kink or tear in this can cause any of those to malfunction. Change the ribbon/flex 3, If its only happening when a certain person calls you, the problem could be at their end and they're microphone might be faulty on their handset... 4, Less common but there are IC's that control the sound on the 6500 these could be faulty or have dry solder, these can be either reflowed or replaced.
SOURCE: Why can callers not hear my voice on my LG KS360?
i found the solution on the internet:
I've had this problem with mine. It got continually longer and other
functions seemed to be running slower. At worst, it took 40 seconds to
hear an outgoing call. I cleared the call log and that helped and it
seemed to get slower again as the log got longer until I cleared it
again.
I think the call log might be getting loaded in the background and
using more resources as it gets larger but that's mostly a guess.
