My whirlpool master mind refrigerator's insides light is on but refrigerator is not start

How to Change the Light Bulb on a Whirlpool Refrigerator

1. Unplug the Whirlpool refrigerator from the electrical outlet.
2. Locate the bulb on the inside of the Whirlpool refrigerator.
3. Remove the light cover. Usually these just snap off, but, on some models, they may need to be unscrewed. ...
4. Unscrew the old light bulb.
5. Screw in the new light bulb.
6. Replace the light cover.

Could be the Bulb, Door Switch, or Light bulb Socket

if not bulb Door switch is most likely

In order of preference Godrej LG Haier Samsung Whirlpool

switch off your refrigerator for at least 8 hours......and again switch it on. if this problem is not solve than contact your service authority. the problem is in your master mind circit (front panel)

Inside the fresh food compartment near lights is the defrost timer. Turn it clockwise slowly until you hear refrigerator compressor start. If this works, replace the defrost timer. Let me know, Thanks, Sea Breeze
