Frigidaire Affinity Glacier Stackable upright washer. Washer will not agitate and makes a buzzing sound from the pump that extracts water from the drum. Water collects and remains in bottom of washer.

Spinning won't start until the water level is low enough. Yup, it sounds like a pump issue. Check to see if the pump is not blocked by something. Get to it, my man. At Warp speed!

Sounds like the water valve or supply is clogged/turned off. The buzzing or humming sound is the control board energizing the valves.

Sounds like either the control board or the timer is faulty at this point. Contact a professional so they can diagnose the unit fully and repair where needed.

It sounds like the drain pump has stopped. If it still has water in it and you turn it on (in the spin only cycle) the drain pump should be running and you sould be hearing the water drain. The washer will not spin until the water is out. Depending on how handy you are determines whether you can access the drain pump and remove the obstrustion. There is also a trap to catch debries from going into the pump. This could be plugged, but normally you don't hear a buzz. You hear the drain pump working but no water going out. Good luck

I would be looking at drain pump for obstructions or pump may have failed

more than likely the pump is clogged if you pull the the washer out away from the wall and then lean it back to get under it there is a hole to access the under side you can reach through to the pump then disconnect the large hose that goes from the tub to pump reach down inside of this hose remove the cup that has debris in it and clear it out remove the debris and reassemble the washer

you need to check /clean filter .Could also be coin in the pump impellor/ blades

lower waste hose to floor to get water out and check pump is not jammed.

check your lid switch. if your lid swith is bad, it will fill and agitate, but will not pump or spin. therefore it will not go into rinse cycle without being able to pump out water. some lid swithes control the agitation also (usually frigidaire and older maytags), but i doubt yours does. you can check the lid switch for continuity while opening and closing the lid with a meter

Try some anti-sqeek or soap on your washer belt.
