Sounds like a defrost problem. remove back freezer panel and look for ice on coils which restricts air to the Ref.
Take your mod number to an appliance parts store and they will sell the parts to fix the defrost system. Most all parts are in behind freezer Panel at the coils.

Liebherr freezer working, refrigerator doesn't

Take the cover off the fridge fan and put a flash light in there and a camera set to record. close the door for a couple of minutes and then look at the footage to see if the fan is running. The circulation fan should run all the time.

Fridges stops working randomly but the freezer works. Then the fridge starts working after a couple of days

When the fridge stops working, can you hear the fan operating inside the unit? It sounds like you have a failing evaporator fan motor. This fan motor circulated cold air from the freezer to the refrigerator.

Bosch kann58a50gb/o8 fridge not cooling freezer seems ok

See or hear if the fan inside is working. Im not conversant with your model. Some units have 2 fans , 1 in the freezer and 1 in the fridge. Some only have1 , which will be in the freezer only. If the fan fails, the fridge cannot blow cold air into the food compartment. Generally, when an evaporator fan fails, the fridge doesn't get cold and the freezer overfreezes causing an excess ice buildup in the freezer.

Fridge not getting cold...but freezer is working

the fridge gets its cold air from the freezer fan blowing it through small air passages between the freezer and fridge. when you adjust the temperature in the fridge you are increasing/decreasing the amount of air being let into the fridge. Two common problems that could cause the freezer to freeze but not the fridge getting cool is the freezer coil is frooze like a ice cube blocking the air going to the fridge or freezer fan is not working could be bad or froze up due to too much ice. If fan works after manually defrosting problem could be in the auto defrost mechanism. If fan don't work after manual defrost replace fan. Manual defrost by putting a pot of very hot water in freezer with door closed change water foten until defrosted.

Whirpool wgi fridge freezer, fridge not cooling?

Most frideges get all their cooling from the freezer. There will be a fan and duct in the back of the freezer that pushes cold air down into the fridge. If the duct is blocked with ice or the fan motor has quit. Your freezer will work fine but the fridge will barely cool at all. Check that the fan runs when the compressor is running, ( turn both temp knobs to the highest cooling and leave door open until comp. comes on). If the fan runs your duct is plugged. If not you need a new " Freezer Fan Motor". Most are simple to replace and cost around $100.00.

Kenmore side by side fridge. Green temp light flashing for fridge side, freezer side working fine. Fridge side not cooling.

possibly frosted up at the air door between the fridge and freezer, or the fan in the freezer is not pushing cold air into the fridge side, if you can not hear a fan running in the freezer when the fridge is running (compressor on) then change out the fan

Freezer working but fan not on in fridge - where to locate fan?

May be ice build up - happened with mine. Had to defrost completely (unplug for 24+ hours) then it worked fine on restarting.

Freezer woks fine but the fridge not working

sounds as if the evaporaator fan inside the fridge between the fridge and freezer is out. This fan is located between the freezer and fridge in the same area as the control switch for the temp. This fan isn't hard to replace you just need to take care of the removal of the plastic cover. Once the cover is removed the fan is accessed easily. Take the model and serial number to an appliance parts house for the proper part. Good Luck

Freezer part works but not fridge

The circulating fan(Freezer Fan) supplies air to freezer as well as the refrigerator. As the DC brushless motor wares out the rpms reduce to a point that it is hard to diagnose. This motor alone costs around $80.00(appliancesfactoryparts.com) Replacement of the fan motor is labor intensive to remove fan assembly because the electrical connections are at the exteme rear of the freezer compartment

Fan not working on fridge section of Hotpoint Fridge Freezer Model FFA90

the problem is there is a build up of ice insid of the freezer .
What you need to do is take out all your draws in the freezer and you will see a plastic backing held on with about 8 screws . undo all the screws and the back should come aay and you will see all the ice built up . just use a hair drier to melt the ice and that should cure your problem.
