Go ahead and reset the IE so that the content advisor can be removed. By Right Clicking on the icon of the IE. Click on properties. Click on advanced. Click on Reset. Then click on Close. Restart the computer and try again. If it does not work.

Shut down the computer completely. Keep tapping the F8 button and turn on the computer. Choose safe mode with networking the windows boot options. Then click on administrator to login. No password will be asked. Go in to control panel. Click on user accounts. Try removing the password for the admin account.

you have to connect the ipod to your computer and restore it, you will get the password removed but all the content is lost, if you want to keep the content, figure out what password you used..

make up a new user and then get into and reset password
