I have the kenmore stacked washer and dryer the washer works but the dryer doesnt! What is a common problem with this issue?

push the knob in then turn it counter clockwise chek the lid switch it may be bad

There may be coins stuck inside the tumbling vanes in the drum.

I would try to run the dryer again. If that doesn't work, it's time to call the repairman.
