Look on the engine most to all china made scooter's have these engine's (136qmb)(gy6) and other variants of these motor's for wire's they follow the frame once you take a good look where every thing goes I recommend finding the CDI it's a little box with about 6-8 wire's plugged into it this is the brain of you're scooter if you want part's just search (50cc chinese scooter parts) and most if not all the part's will fit you're motor.

Its in your cdi box. You can google "high performance cdi" for your make and model of engine, and you will have no more governor. They look like this if its the most common type of engine (gy6)

i have fire and new cdi ran find for 2 days but hard to start now it will not start

does it still wind out normal? if it has a centrifugal clutch, it could be slipping. check springs in clutch.
