Hi just a tip! try to check first the physical connection from your speaker to your computer if its okay, try to uninstall and re install the driver for your audio. hope this would work! goodluck

Volume in modern systems are controlled by a single IC. If that goes, it makes the volume functions go wonky. The IC can be found by tracing the wires from the volume control, or following the circuit if it is mounted on a PC board.
Check:-
1. The Stereo Mixer volume control is not turned down, under the speaker icon on the desktop, or via the sound icon in the control panel.
2. Under the sound icon the audio jack is not disabled or needs a driver to make it work. Both of these can be solved by running the device manager in Control panel.
You would have to go into the Administrator Tools in the Control Panel to then select Services and start the Audio Service. The service is called Windows Audio.
How about trying with its internal speakers ?
if it works fine then the sound output jack-port have a problem.
If not working then try to re-install your audio drivers.
If still not having good result even if you re-install your operating system, you should go to repair center since you have a hardware failure.

Check My Pc >> right click Properties >> Hardware >> Device Manager >> Audio Check also Start >> Control Panel >> Sounds See if the cables are right connected on the back Do you have your speakers on? With Power? Are the speaker power plugging in?
