Okay, i master reset my phone, but still no sounds. I found something else out, when I try to play my ringtones I can't hear them, as you already know, but if I put my phone keypad up to my ear beyond the buzzing I can SO Quietly hear the ringtone if I listen very carefully. Thank you for trying to help. Is there anything else you can think of that I can do?

Okay I had the same problem, if you have a Blackberry 8100, go to media, video files, and play a video...if you have no sound tap the top button once quickly (it's the silver buttonon top which has a speaker icon on it with a line go through it,if you still hear no sound use the volume keys on the sound and you should hear the video playing, which in turn will turn on all you volumes for you phone to ring etc.
I had the same problem. The only way I was able to fix it was to do a "master reset." Go to menu, settings, reset, enter password, then master reset. Should start working again - you will just need to change your settings back to the way you want them.
