Okay, i master reset my phone, but still no sounds. I found something else out, when I try to play my ringtones I can't hear them, as you already know, but if I put my phone keypad up to my ear beyond the buzzing I can SO Quietly hear the ringtone if I listen very carefully. Thank you for trying to help. Is there anything else you can think of that I can do?
You need to take the phone and have the speakers replaced.

no sound for ringtone, vibrates but no sound
My RAZR V3 works in every area but no sound. It only vibrates when I receive a call or voicemail. I bought it from Ebay and is supposed to be new. Looks and works great with this one exception! Anyone else have this problem? Thanks!
