Ringtone set to max but still cant hear it ringing. tried resetting to factory settings, no difference. Received alert tone by bluetooth, when I press play, no sound heard at all.

turn the profile to normal and the ringtone to a loud one. make sure the volume is up. ensure there are no diverts set.
You can reset to factory default and setup from scratch if you have difficulties locating the error

Nokia 1650 Type: RM305 phone not ring then ringtone click restart problem. Hi bathtubs/whirlpool try to my advice just go to Setting and select to Factory Reset and default password 12345.its back to normal setting.

First make sure the phone is not on silent,
Try changing the ringtone, go into phone->options->sounds, make sure type is set to ring, if so select a different ring tone.

hi friend, may be your ringtone file is corrupted.so, do one think change your ringtone with so other ringtone. it will help you. go to the profile settings select it.
if it not work again.then, go for pone software updates. one more go for phone reset option. which is available into the phone settings. but, at reset time it ask you for code. that is your security code. Enter it. before it please make backup point to save your data & contacts.

Press Menu Click on Settings. Scroll through. At the bottom you will find Reset factory settings. Click on it and then follow the instructions on the screen. Warning: You will loose all the data stored in the phone.
Before you do that please check in the phone profile that it is not on Silent mode. Also change the profile and see whether you get the ring-tone. If you can hear the music then there is nothing wrong with the speakers.

Hi, some ringtones are quieter than others so try another ringtone, and if you want it to ring longer go into the settings then call settings then choose call diverts and then turn them all off, then turn the one on that says when out of reach and not available this will then keep the phone ringing when its on but when its off it will go to answer phone.

if you dont need to use or never use the answer phone just turn all the diverts off then the phone will keep ringing for ages when someone calls you

set a different ringtone and set your volume to max..

get distinctive ring service from your phone company, that will get you a different number, on the same line, with different ringing pattern, my tel compnay charges $5 per month, then set the fax options to DRPD, and it will go directly to fax machine, while the phone calls on first number, will go to telepehone.....

pls go to settings option and open 2nd step go to ring style open then open ring style menu choose line 1 and slect ring tone by you choose then slect by scorall middle button and reday for use if fill diffcult then you go to nearest service center

Hi,
Try to reset the factory setting & check the volume.
Some ringtones are defaultly low volume ,so try to change with new ringtone.
Not solved,then check with the authorize service center for Speaker Check.
