Phone will not stay charge for more than 1 or 2 short calls.

Phone will not stay charged for more than 1 or 2 short phone calls. It seems to stay on and never seems to rest. The light never goes off? I set the phone to stay lit for just 7 seconds but it does not darken?

Nokia 1100 shows battery empty while calling even if it is full charged

This is your battery problem. Just do the step below hope it will solve a bit. get fully discharge and let automatically switched off. then connect to charging but do not switched it on after showing full charge, disconnect charging and switched your phone on. initially do dis 4-5 time a week. After that do 1-2 a week. This will increase your battery strength.......

if not then change your battery.

How to maintain Battery on our mobile phone for long lasting performance?

How to maintain our mobile phone battery for long term usage?

Many phone users never knew if how long the battery will last. As long as we use it regularly for a day or two, they are satisfied indeed.

Some problems.

* Other phone users preferred to buy mid or low quality batteries cause it is affordable, but the consequences, battery easily drained and immediately turns into low battery level.this can also damage the phone when the voltage is no longer at ease and the phone comes out with a short circuit board.

* Making a call, playing games, listening to music etc. while the phone is on charging.

When we got low battery warning, suddenly we plug the charger to the phone immediately cause we're expecting incoming calls,we might lose the momentum of the game or save the game level if suddenly the phone turns off. The result, phone is getting hot and the battery is deform due to simultaneous current entering the phone.A voltage coming from the battery and a voltage coming from the charger. also may lead into a short circuit problem and affects some parts of the mobile components.

* Overnight charging or charging the phone for a long time.

This might happens when we're using the phone until we almost got asleep at night while the mobile is on charged. Exceeding the voltage requirement of a battery as well as the phone itself may lead into battery discharge, deform structure and also causes short circuit problem.

Tips

1. Buy original battery coming from an authorized retail outlets and ask for a warranty for security purpose. Look for the quality seal product to assure that you've got the right product.

2. Follow the manual on the charging procedure when you bought a new battery. Observe the initial charging time and the regular charging time.

3. Never use your phone while on charged. (if it's important, you can do it sometimes but not regularly) make sure the phone is turn off and observe the regular charging time.

Hoping that this simple guide of mine helps.... Good Day!!!

You plug in the charger and the battrey would not charge, and if it charge is stays on 1 bar and runs off very quickly. PLEASE ASSIST!

Ifthe rechargeable battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be wornout. Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cyclesand will lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% andgradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up atall. ORThe battery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected thebattery drops off to zero capacity in a very short time. Ifthe battery drops to an unacceptable charge level then the battery needs to bereplaced.

Battery Won't Stay Charged

well if you have recieved new batteries and they wont stay charged then the problem isn't the batteries apparently. It could possibly be that your charger has gone bad and isn't charging your battery all the way. I suggest buying a new charger and it should fix your problem and if it's not your charger then it must be the outlet supplying voltage to the charger going bad. More than likely you need a new charger cause it seems like its not getting the voltage it needs to charge your phone.

After fully charging my Motorola H700 all night, it loses its charge after an hour or two. When I plug it back in, the green light comes on in seconds. What's up with that?

seems some components inside your phone has shorted out. overnight charging is not recommended for it could cause overheating of the components of your phone which in time develops shorts.shorts , of course consumes rapidly the charge of the battery and it damages the battery also. have your phone diagnosed and fixed. next time if possible, remove the phone from the charger when it fully charged.

Battery Symbol and "charged" stay on iPod screen

You could try restoring the software back to factory defaults and see if something is missing. Make sure it is fully charged before doing it.

Attaching pictures to phone numbers

It might be due to 2 reasons. 1. If battery is not OK. 2. There might be shorting in your phone.
For first - try with replacled one. OR try to make or receive call with charger attached. If battery doesn't get drained in this position, it will be counted as battery problem.
For 2nd one it is necessary to repair the phone after identify it's short section. It is repairing process that any skilled technician can do. Not advisable if u r not skilled. If this is helpful don't forget to vote.

Base phone handset #1 holding charge

The base unit should not need a charge. It should be powered by the plug in adapter. It may have a battery to keep operation for a short time in a power outage. The adapter may be loose, the adapter could be broken or the plug in the phone may be broken.
