I found out the solution to this problem by accident, and there doesn't appear to be a solution anywhere else on the internet. Turn off your phone and restart it. As soon as you are able to do so, open up setting, or any other app. When your phone goes into cool down mode, hold down the home button. A screen will come back asking you to select an app. Select whatever you opened prior to cool down mode (If you need to get into settings press the search button and search for settings after your out of CDM). You then need to do two things. Go to Running services (Settings>Applications>Running services), find detect battery service, touch it and stop it. To the best of my knowledge, it doesn't do anything to your phone, other than activate cool down mode. Then go to manage applications (Settings>Applications>Manage applications) press your menu button and select filter> all applications. Find Battery protect, click on it, and select force stop. This allows your phone to get reception. You will have to do this every time your phone starts up, but it isn't too much of a hassel for a truely excelent phone. The Cool down mode problem is definitly a software fault.

If your Motorola phone cannot turn on properly, or you can not perform it normally, you can put your Android phone to Recovery Mode to factory reset your mobile phone. This method is suitable for Motorola phone that stuck on black screen or boot screen and etc. Now, let's see how to make it.
Step 1. Turn off your phone at first if it is on.
Step 2. Press and hold Power button + Volume Down button + Home button at the same time to boot your phone into Recovery Mode.
Step 3. Choose the "wipe data/factory reset" option using Volume Up/Down buttons, and press Power button to confirm your action.
Step 4. Then select "yes, delete all user data" option with the Volume buttons and press Power button to confirm your action.
Step 5. Then choose "wipe cache partition" option and press Power button to confirm.
Step 6. On the next screen, please select "reboot system now" option and press Power button to reboot your device now. After restarting, your Android will be restored to default factory settings successfully.

ManualsLib has the User Guide for the SD4504 accessory wireless camera here: . You can get a PDF of the manual by clicking the Download button near the top of the page. You'll have to prove that you aren't a robot to download the document.

I hope this helps.
