To break BIOS password, you need to unpack the laptop there is inner cmos-battery that should be removed for a while, and put it back to it's plase, but this operation isn't easy to be done, it should go through technician.

open the rear flap of the unit and remove the ram. look for the two pins or bars near the ram and then take a paer clip open it and short out the pins. replace the RAM and reboot. Problem solved.
