In the right pane, click UpperFilters. On the Edit menu, click Delete.

To run a dvd on windows media player you need the corect codec, it is better to use "power dvd" or somethign to watch dvds. For the cd drive not working, this error code means it is not been reconized. Try doing the following. goto control panel and system, then goto device manager, uninstall the cdrom drivers and restart pc, maybe this will clear the conflict.
