Blower will not come on but the blower motor works if you hook up a jumper wire

It means that your heater circuit is open(cut) and usually the thermal(a fuseble link)link is open.Replace the link. The whole circuit is directly connected to the heater line(series connection) so if a line is cut off the line for the blower is cutoff too.

Can i hook this up directly to an ipod,or do i have to use one of those radio frequency things?

From what little research I did it does not look like you can connect and Ipod without extra gear. Here is a link to some of the accessories that you can hook up to it:
http://www.crutchfield.com/p_113MP228/Kenwood-KDC-MP228.html?tp=5684&tab=other_items

If It was me, I would just spend the money on a stereo with a usb port. Then you can connect your Ipod directly to the cd player and operate your Ipod playlist with the cd player itself. Plug it in throw your Ipod in a cubby hole and use the cd player.

D-LINK WBR-2310 SET-UP

Sounds like you need to 'copy' the mac address of the computer it was orginally hooked to before and put it into the router. Some routers have an option to do this in the settings menu of the router with one click.

System Link

for a direct link to work you need to use a "crossover" lan cable. you can find these by going to your local circuit city or other electronics store. try using the router with the cables from each 360 hooked into lan ports 1 and 2 on the router. try it in the same room if possible. when i had a lan party i had to turn off the wireless radio of my DI-624+ wireless radio to solve the problem of the router dropping the connection.

also, be sure that both 360's network settings are either set to automatic for direct link, or have static IP (192.168.0.56 and 192.168.0.58 for example) and the correct DNS addresses (4.2.2.2 primary/4.2.2.3 secondary for d-link routers). the DNS of your specific router can be found by calling customer support for your router and asking for it.

Hooking up xbox 360 to router

Hi, If I may assume, currently the modem is connected directly to the back of the tower (PC) by a lan cable. To connect the AP/Router, remove the LAN cable from the back of the PC and connect it to the WAN input of the router. With another LAN cable, connect one of the 4 ports of the router to the LAN card of the PC. Go to the router's Web Configuration Utility and make sure Wireless, SSID, broadcast and DHCP is enabled. For the moment, WEP, WPA and MAC Filter off. See if you can connect you XBox 360. Hope this be of help/idea to you. Good luck and post back should you need additional information. Kind regards.
