Creative zen v fm tuner.

Hi, my creative zen v does not show a fm tuner on its menu. How do I activate it?

thanks issy2, but i received this player from my brother when he got an ipod. he told me the cd got damaged. i only have zencast organiser that i downloaded from the net.

The Standard Mozaic has an FM Tuner and a Built in Speaker, while the LX has neither.

I don't know how t put tv shows onto my zen mosaic, also how do i activate my built-in speakers i can't find it anywhere.

Activating the speakers is easy - while something is playing either yank out the headphones and it will turn on, or use the menu button and select turn on speaker.

CAN'T FIND THE FM TUNER IN THE MENU

The player may have to be formatted, which will erase the contents of the player. If you would like to manually update the firmware, please see below.
Please note that some firmware updates may format the player. Please read the installation notes for the firmware update before downloading it.

FM Tuner

System > Display Settings > Configure Menu

Scroll down about 2/3 the way down and make sure that FM Radio is checked.

I hope this helps - creative does have a know problem with this

has the unit been dropped?
the antenna is the ear phones so other than that it looks like the units fm tuner is bad.

Zen middle side buttons not opening Music Library or any of the other sections

If pressing the Reset button doesn't work, you should probably try reloading the firmware (this would be a good time to update your firmware anyways). You can get the latest firmware off the Creative site under "Support". Just be sure you select the right player, as there are several on the list that look similar.
