Green center bulb is not aligned with other bulbs, most notably in upper left hand corner on my hitachi projection t.v.

I thing your lens on the light need cleaning because it is a rear projection tv.

You have a problem with the convergence amps and maybe a few resistor that have changed value,

There are two common problems with these sets.

Problem #1) Convergence

Symptoms:

• Screen Looks 3D
• Colors wont align
• Video may look distorted

Problem #2 CRT Fluid has clouded over. Symtoms

• Dull looking video
• White looking video
• Halos around objects
• Red/Orange looking video

Does this look like it is three d and thecolors don't line up?

If it does then you need to replace the convergence Ic's

Hitachi makes a kit for that tv that would be available through a local parts distributor
If you are not experienced with soldering and component removal then have a local tv shop do it for you
I would not pay over $250.00 to get it done

Your Green CRTs coolant may be congealed giving the green tube a yellowish look it should be a vibrant green. Try changing the coolant in the CRT

You have two bad convergence integrated circuits and possibly an open resistor or two in the supply.

Replace convergence IC's.
RE-check alignment

Faulty alignment mechanism or colour wheel.
