Do u need to pull out the paper or  it comes on it's know,

THE ADF SENSOR OR
THE ADF ASSEMBLY CABLE SEEMS FAULTY..

PLEASE REPLACE AND CHECK..

There is a green button just on the top of the paper exit, you just need to pull it, and to shut down the multifunctional and then turn it on again. I don´t know if you already did this, hope this can help you.

I have a SCX-6320F copier and it has 'scanner locked' on the screen. How do i resolve this?
you should have a locking switch around the scanner assembly that is used when the unit is being shipped. you need to unlock it for the scanner to work.

Printer prints very light
its may be happend due to the Dust in the LSU unit.

remove the LSU from machine and open. Then after clean all the mirrors and polygon .

after that your problem should be solved.

check the lock of the scanner( fixed at the down side of the scanner) . there is a green colour lock. release it.
