Does it tell you the name of the virus? If it does search remove (virus name) you might find a dedicated removal app for it. Otherwise go to http://housecall.trendmicro.com/au/ and download housecall 7.1 it's a slow way but can help

if the security light is on you needed to get that fixed asap before it left you sitting somewhere, Find a better repair shop.

I work over a 2 years in internet cafe. I was system administrator! The best way is to create clone's backup. I assume that machine is the same. Do fresh installation on one computer, when you finished create ghost of that computer and use it for further. And another thing, on your server go in manage device and setup permission and protocol for each machine. And be ware that your machine will always have some virus. It's impossible to protect 100%.

Try to map the IP of the computer you are trying to access
Click run>type \\IP of the computer the click ok. If this will not work, try to ping the IP of the computer see if the computer is accessible tru ping.

Then they may not be the correct drivers.
