All netgear routers have the same default user names and passwords, so unless you have changed it you should still be able to use the default one set by the manufacture.

This is the default info for netgear.

Restoring a Netgear Router to Factory Default Settings

You can try resetting your netgear router to default settings. the reset is button located on the rear panel of your gateway to reset all settings to their factory defaults.
