Put your BIOS update on floppy disk and tell the BIOS on the computer to start up from the floppy. Once it is done, restart your system, BIOS update done.

Open bios folder, and click global for download, for the newest version.
Download also ASUS Update V7.15.04, In utilitys, and please unzip both files.
Install first asus update, select update bios from file, and select the bios version you have downloaded, the rom file, and click next.
Now the bios update process will begin. DO NOT turn off the power, when the process is running, and you have to setup the whole bios, when the job is done. Follow the instuctions on screen, when you have rebooted.
you can update BIOS from BIOS updater.. BIOS updater is tool which is used to update bios on newer version... try to download this tool from your motherboard manufacturer site..
caution:- do not turn off your PC while updating your bios...

2-2 to page 2-8 Managing and updating your bios. As mentioned in your manual you can also run Asus Update from the driver CD that came with your MB.
