I want two inboxs in outlook express 6

You cannot have 2 folders / inboxes with same name. But you can have may inbox folders if you want. Just give them different names. You can also create rules to automatically sort new mail into different inbox folders. The new inbox is created as a subfolder of yor current position. File, New, Folder Give it a name If you are already in the INBOX, new one will be a sub folder.

Hi guys, am unable to send mails in outlook 2003 if i send it sits in outbox without any error message.I tried all the possibilities of changing outgoing port 25 to 587,text format html to rich text and...

try to delete all Send messaged in your Sent folder in your Outlook. Because there is limitation of 2GB per folder, and if you reached it then all messages in Outbox can not be sent because they can't be copied to Sent folder.

My outlook 2007 has reached max size, I have deleted most archives, but nothing changes. This happened when I tried to download my hard drive

As archives are in a separate PST than your Mailbox (Inbox, Calendar, Sent Items, Deleted Items, Contacts etc), you may need to focus on this section to be reduced. Biggest culprit for used space is deleted Items. Empty this by right clicking and select Empty deleted items folder. Once empty, it is a good idea to archive messages in your Sent Items folder to another PST or Personal Folder. Once you have done these steps, right click your Mailbox Account (icon of House with a minus sign beside it - under All Mail items), and select Properties for "Your Mailbox Name" Click Advanced button, and click Compact now. This will compress your PST file, and remove any space once occupied by any moved or deleted messages. This process could take a while, and should not be interrupted.

I have an EMail with 16 photos attached - it will not "go" nor can I delete it. How can I get rid of it?

Disconnect the network-cable from your computer, to block Internet access.

Start Outlook Express.
Instead of selecting the "Inbox" mail-folder,
select the "Outbox" folder.
Click once to select the E-mail message.
Use your mouse to "drag-and-drop" the message to your "Inbox" folder.
Close Outlook Express.
Reconnect the network-cable.
Open Outlook Express.
Check your "Inbox" for that "undeliverable" message.
Open the message, or delete the message.

Sent e-mails going to inbox not to sent items

The mails that you are replying to would be saved in Inbox.

Go to Tools > Options > Email Options > Advanced Email Option
there is a box "In folders other than the Inbox, save replies with the orginal message". Just Uncheck this box

I dont see my sent items after i import my email outlook 2003

MS Office Outlook 2003 will only show those e-mails in the sent items folder that were sent using the e-mail client application (i.e. MS Office Outlook 2003).

Any messages sent from the server itself wil not display.
