With a Konica Minolta Bizhub printer that has account tracking turned on. Can my employer see exactly what I print or can they just see the number of pages, number of pages in color, etc.

To disable account tracking (ECM), perform the following:
1. Press Utility.
2. Select Admin. management.
3. Enter code. could be one of three: 12345678, 00000000, or 77777777
4. Select Admin. 1
5. Select Account/User Auth.
6. Select User Authentication ON/OFF.
7. Under Account Track select OFF.

IF YOU HAVE TO PUT IN A CODE AT THE COPIER , THEN IN YOUR PRINT DRIVER UNDER PRINT PREFERENCES THAN BASIC TAB CLICK ON AUTHENTICATION/ACCOUNT TRACK

Ok this might not be much help but there is an option in the menus to 'print without authentication' you need to go to the control panel on the copier, press the utility/counter button to the right of the touch screen, press administrator settings for which the password is 12345678 then press number 4 user authentication/account track, then number 4 print without authentication, if you turn this option on it will allow you to print from mac, you will need to confirm this with whoever checks the account track as it may not then monitor any of the print jobs. you can use either the User Authentication or Account Track. With authentication you can give public access to BW and require a password for colour. With Account Track you can create users and limt acees, but you CANNOT give public access. ALL users would required to have a code. This is controlled for copy, scan and print functions.

this will happen if account track or authentication is enabled on the machine to enter a password for the driver go to the driver properties and click on printing preferences then the user authentication/account track button and you can enter your password there it would be the same password that you enter to make a copy

go to the printers and faxes page and in the driver properties click on printing preferences click on authentcation/account track and you should be able to enter you name and password from there unless you may have to be logged on as the administrator on your computer to make these changes

when you create account codes they are assigned a number, are you sure you are not starting at the end? It should only erase the previous information if you turn account track on then off.
