Exactly as it says, go to control panel, add-remove programs, Microsoft Office - change, but not uninstall. Have your CD ready, ask it to repair. Be ready to download lots of updates after it is finished from Windows Update.
dll files are not made to run on it's own they are part of a program and run in itself as a system file for that program. It helps the exe to run any event described in the exe encoding. In case you are getting an error in operating system that means that particular dll has corrupted and now you require to repair your operating system. In case it's a program then you are required to uninstal that program and re-install it.
You're missing the MicroSoft Office INTernationaLization library. Either uninstall/reinstall Office, or try a Repair installation, or try exiting Office (and OSA Toolbar also), and download this file
to put it into C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory. See if it helps. Some more files might be missing and you'll only discover that after msointl.dll loads and complains in turn.
If your missing msointl.dll then it's quite likely that you are missing service pack 1. You can get it here, it service pack 1) contains what you need. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/871266
Don't go looking just for msoint.dll it's an integral part of Service pack one. Read the directions on the link I sent you to get it. Good Luck!
It seems that while you were deleting a file that was needed got tossed as well. You will need to reinstall Word for that program to run again.
If you dont have access to a microsoft office program disk or dont want to buy it dont worry too much theres a free open office program (not microsoft) that works just as good if not better (cause its free).
